Cookies

This page tells you what this website keeps in your browser and how you control it.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website puts on your phone or computer. A website can also keep small values in your browser’s “local storage”. The law treats the two in the same way, so this page covers both.

What this website keeps today

Today this website sets no cookies of its own. It keeps two values in your browser’s local storage. Each one records a choice that you made. They stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

theme: your colour mode, if you choose light or dark. It stays until you choose “Auto” or clear the site data.
consent: your answer to the cookie notice (accept or reject) and the date. It stays until you change your choice or clear the site data.

The message form on the contact page can use Google reCAPTCHA to stop automated spam. Its script comes from Google. It loads only if you accept cookies and then use the form. Google can set a cookie named _GRECAPTCHA for this check. If you reject cookies, reCAPTCHA does not load, and the message form cannot be sent: please call, WhatsApp or email us instead. Apart from this, the website does not load scripts or fonts from other companies.

Your choice: accept or reject

When you first open the website, a notice asks you to accept or reject cookies that are not necessary.

If you reject, we record your choice and keep nothing else. The website works in the same way, except the message form, which needs cookies for its spam check (call, WhatsApp and email still work).
If you accept, you agree that we can use cookies to measure visits to the website. Today we use none for that. Before we use one, we will list it on this page with its name, its purpose and how long it stays, and we will ask you again.

You can change your choice at any time. Select “Cookie Settings” below and choose again. If you do not see the button, clear the site data in your browser.

How to manage cookies in your browser

You can set your browser to block cookies or to delete them. The help pages of your browser tell you how. If you clear the site data, the two values above are removed and the cookie notice shows again.
